Browser access and installed apps are different
A mobile website runs in a browser, while an installed app or APK has a deeper relationship with the device. That difference affects permissions, storage, notifications and update behaviour. Understand which environment you are using before following account or download instructions.
A familiar icon alone is not proof of authenticity. Verify the source and the service context before entering account information.
Permissions deserve attention
An app may request notification, storage, camera or other permissions depending on its features. Grant only permissions you understand and can justify for the function you are using. Review them later in Android settings when practical.
Be especially cautious if software asks for accessibility control, device administration or screen-sharing access without a clear reason. Those permissions can materially increase the risk of account or financial abuse.
Use mobile account access carefully
Keep the phone locked, avoid saving credentials on shared devices and protect OTP notifications. Public Wi-Fi can add uncertainty, so do not ignore browser or certificate warnings when signing in.
If the service offers session-management tools, review unfamiliar sessions and sign out from devices you no longer use.
